One of the most important aspects of a Quinceañera is the flowers. They add color, beauty, and elegance to the celebration. Recently, we had the pleasure of creating flowers for a Quinceañera with a lavender and butterfly theme. The flowers were breathtaking, and we cannot wait to share with you what we created.
What are flowers for a Quinceañera?
A Quinceañera is a significant celebration in a young girl's life. It marks her transition from childhood to womanhood and is celebrated with an elaborate event.
The Quinceañera requested lavender-themed flowers with tones of pink and purple for contrast. We decided to use a mix of pink and purple roses and hydrangeas, which created a beautiful combination of colors. The flowers were arranged in tall centerpieces on top of gold stands, which added height to the room. We also included silk butterfly decor in the centerpieces, which added a whimsical touch.
Quinceañera Centerpieces
The lavender theme was carried throughout the entire celebration, including the table linens and the lighting. The flowers complemented the theme perfectly, and the addition of the butterflies added a unique element to the centerpieces. The guests were in awe of the flowers and took many photos with them. The guests were even able to take them home as a souvenir of the celebration!
The flowers were not just limited to the centerpieces. We also created a bouquet for the Quinceañera, which was made with pink and lavender roses. The Quinceañera looked radiant with the bouquet, and it added the perfect finishing touch to her dress.
Quinceañera Decor
For the Dais Table (Sweetheart Table), the arrangement was designed to fill the entire table space and we also draped it down the edges, creating a cascading effect. The combination of textures and colors created a lush and romantic look that complimented the venue's decor perfectly. Every detail was perfect, and we loved seeing the guests' reactions when they saw it. It's moments like these that remind us why we do what we do.
Creating flowers for a Quinceañera is an honor and a privilege. It is a celebration of womanhood and marks a significant event in a young girl's life.
