ORDERS & RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction on every order sent from New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ (NCF & TFF) for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased product — we can replace it, refund your order, or issue a store credit. 

REPLACEMENT:

• for floral arrangements — You must notify New City Florist® WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING the floral arrangement
• for fruit arrangements — You must notify New City Florist® or The Fruit Factory™ WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING the fruit arrangement
• for indoor & blooming plants — You must notify New City Florist® WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING the plant 

REFUNDS:

• refunds CAN NOT BE ISSUED on any product that has been delivered
• in order to receive a FULL REFUND for a delivered product, the product MUST BE RETURNED IN IT’S ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING
• partial refunds may be issued at the discretion of management. You may call us at 800-643-4199, come in person, or write to us at info@newcityflorist.com in regards to any questions or concerns you may have on your order

STORE CREDIT:

• store credits are issued for the amount of the item purchased
• store credits may be redeemed at any time
• management may issue store credit, at their discretion, regarding orders that have BEEN REPLACED or DAMAGED

To ensure a timely delivery, New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ reserves the right to make substitutions to flower recipe, fruit recipe, and vase OR container type. Be assured that New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ will maintain the same style, theme, or color scheme AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE WITH THE PRODUCT AVAILABLE on any order subject to substitutions. Please state at the time of placing your order if you would like to be notified of any changes that may be needed. 

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS (substitutions)

• for floral arrangements selected from our website — colors shown online will be used IF AVAILABLE. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be used in order to create the same color scheme of your selected floral arrangement
• for floral arrangements one-of-a-kind (designed in store) — we will make every attempt to fulfill your order to the exact recipe. Customers will be notified of any substitutions or flower unavailability
• ALL VASE TYPES OR NOVELTY CONTAINERS are subject to substitutions to ensure a timely delivery. If you would like to be notified of a vase type or novelty container substitution, please notify New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ at the time of placing your order 

PLANTS (substitutions)

• for green & blooming plants (i.e. dish garden, peace lily) — similar plants, of equal or higher value, may be substituted to ensure a timely delivery
• for specialty plants (i.e. orchids, succulents) — we will make all attempts to fulfill your order with the exact plant but may substitute for another color if selected colored plant is not available
• ALL VASE TYPES OR NOVELTY CONTAINERS are subject to substitutions to ensure a timely delivery. If you would like to be notified of a vase type or novelty container substitution, please notify New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ at the time of placing your order

SPECIALTY GIFTS & GIFT BASKETS (substitutions)

• for specialty gifts (i.e. teddy bears, balloons) — colors & design shown online will be used IF AVAILABLE. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be used in order to ensure a timely delivery
• for gift baskets — gourmet products, candy, & add-ons shown online will be used IF AVAILABLE. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be used in order to ensure a timely delivery
• ALL VASE TYPES OR NOVELTY CONTAINERS are subject to substitutions to ensure a timely delivery. If you would like to be notified of a vase type or novelty container substitution, please notify New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ at the time of placing your order

New City Florist® & The Fruit Factory™ will make every attempt to fulfill & deliver your order on the exact date requested for delivery. Please note: WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY EXACT DELIVERY TIMES. We will deliver all orders on the requested date and make all attempts to deliver in a timely manner. 

CUT OFF TIME: Our cut off time for SAME DAY DELIVERY is 2pm - Eastern Standard Time
