Orders & Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through New City Florist & *The Fruit Factory for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not 100% satisfied with the purchased product, we can replace it, issue a store credit or refund your order.
In order to receive a replacement floral arrangement you must notify New City Florist within 7 days of receipt of the arrangement. In order to receive a replacement plant you must notify New City Florist within 14 days of receipt of the arrangement.In order to receive a replacement fruit product you must notify The Fruit Factory within 2 days of receipt of the arrangement.

*The Fruit Factory Customers: Any NON-LOCAL delivery is subject to substitutions AND possible delayed delivery due to local shop & product availability. Customers will be notified of changes to their order.
The cut-off time for same day delivery is 2pm Eastern Standard Time.
Our standard local delivery fee is $9.99 and $12.99 for any delivery made outside our local area.
**Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible and/or the same look and feel is upheld to the chosen item. Please state at the time of placing your order if you would like to be notified of any changes that may be needed.**
- In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if possible. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made in order to match the color scheme.
- For our one-of-a-kind floral arrangements, we will make every attempt to match the flower type but may substitute with another color if needed.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
- For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
- For our specialty plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute with another color if specified color is not available.
- If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
- Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category.
Store Credit: In the event you are not happy with a Floral or Fruit Product we can issue a store credit for the amount of the item purchased to be redeemed at any time.
Refunds: Refunds CANNOT be issued on delivered products. In order to receive a refund for a delivered item it MUST be picked up in its original condition and packaging.
