Orders & Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through New City Florist & The Fruit Factory for delivery in the United States and Canada. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we’ll send a replacement, refund you or issue a store credit. In order to receive a replacement notify us within 7 days for any FLORAL ARRANGEMENT & 48 HOURS FOR ANY FRUIT ARRANGEMENT of receiving your original order. ***Fruit Factory Customers: Any NON-LOCAL delivery is subject to substitutions AND possible delayed delivery due to local shop availability & product availability. Customers will be notified of changes to your order.
To receive a refund: Merchandise must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the arrangement in its original packaging.
For an exchange. We will exchange with an equal or greater value within 7 days or 48 hours notify us of an issue with merchandise.
Store Credit. In the event you are not happy with the Floral Arrangement or Fruit Arrangement received we will issue a store credit for the full amount of the original order to be redeemed at anytime for another Floral or Fruit Arrangement.
Our standard delivery fee is $9.99 for local deliveries and $12.99 for any outside out local area. Wedding delivery fees may vary. The cut-off time for same day delivery is 2pm Eastern Standard Time.
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. Please state at the time of placing your order if you would like to be notified of any changes that are needed.
